Grammy winner Jochem van der Saag unites all disciplines of modern-day music production within one man, with the single objective of visionary music production and by means of ever-evolving cutting-edge music technology. Originally a keyboardist and wind-instrumentalist, his uniquely wide-ranging combination of talents and experience allows for a highly creative, technically fluent, integrated and therefore much more efficient music production workflow: from composing, arranging, programming & sound design all the way through to mixing and mastering.
Originally from the Netherlands, Jochem is highly eloquent in a plethora of musical styles as well as composing and post production to picture. He has accumulated a very large wealth of knowledge and experience at the very highest levels of the music industry and at the deepest layers of technology. In the process he acquired a Grammy Award, multiple Grammy Nominations, a Latin Grammy nomination and a TEC award nomination. Jochem has worked with an incredibly large selection of the most talented and varied artists, other producers, arrangers and musicians this planet has to offer.
Currently operating from of his home base Blue Studios overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu as well as its satellite duplicate @ David Foster’s studio in Santa Monica, he lives and breaths music, sound and technology.

Born in Utrecht, The Netherlands, Jochem van der Saag has been deeply engaged in digital music production since early age. In Europe, he attended 4 years of Music Technology at the Utrecht School of Arts and earned a living writing and producing music and sound for commercials before he moved to Los Angeles USA upon invitation by jazz guitar great Lee Ritenour.
Ever since he has been extremely busy in music production, arrangement, mixing, composition, engineering, sound design and programming at the highest levels of the music industry in the American and international music industry and has worked with many multiple platinum artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble, Stevie Wonder, Seal and many many, many others (see list below).
Besides multiple nominations, so far he has won a Grammy in 2010 for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Michael Buble's 'Crazy Love' and was nominated for both a Grammy and a Tec Award in 2015 for co-producing and mixing Diana Krall's 'Wall Flower album.
As well as having completed a 5-yr exclusive contract with the Universal Music Group, he has proudly been working directly alongside 16 Grammy-winning producer David Foster for the last 14 years as co-producer, mixer and in all above mentioned capacities.
